Cisco Avant Garde Start - Unified Communications

This course is designed to provide a baseline level of knowledge which will facilitate a Cisco Account Manager when discussing Unified Communicationssolutions with their customer. The course is designed to take AMs with littleUC knowledge to a stage where they feel comfortable with exactly what the currentUC climate is, the roles and functions of CiscoUC solutions and finally, how to position these solutions for a small to medium size business.
