Oracle Utilties Rules Language Energy Information Platform

This course provides a general overview of working with LODESTAR Rules Language, including exercises that span a variety of business applications. Attendees learn how to examine business requirements and translate them into business rules configured using LODESTAR Rules Language. This course focuses on reinforcing standard coding and configuration practices within the LODESTAR environment, including creating database records, using standard naming conventions, and other topics. Attendees participate in hands-on exercises based on real-world examples. Exercises include validating and aggregating interval data, exception handling, billing calculations based on scalar and interval data, accessing historical data, working with XML, working with COM objects, and other topics. This course also provides a general overview of working with the LODESTAR Energy Information Platform, including exercises that span a variety of business applications. Attendees learn how to navigate the web user interface and work with the Energy Information Platform features and tools. This course focuses on providing a solid understanding of the basic functionality common to all LODESTAR applications.Attendees participate in hands-on exercises based on real-world examples.
