This course is applicable to all products supported by the Oracle Utilities Applications Framework (SPL) v2.2 including the following:Oracle Utilities Customer Care and BillingOracle Utilities Business IntelligenceOracle Enterprise Taxation ManagementOracle Revenue Management and Billing for Financial Services and InsuranceThis course has been designed to train on the common operations of the above products to enable onsite IT personnel to manage and operate the products throughout the implementation and into the future. It focuses on the IT operations commonly performed by IT or support personnel. This course introduces IT configuration and technical architects to product configuration settings, components of the system, common concepts, and configuration settings for the Client and the Web Application server. The course also introduces the concepts and processes involved in configuring the authentication and authorization aspects of security.
