This course is intended to train high-level users and core team members on fundamental functionality in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. Students will learn how to navigate the system and how to use essential tools and functions. Lessons also cover a standard workflow from asset failure to invoicing for parts and labor, and how the system can be used to manage all the steps in between.
